I've been visiting The Bread Basket for over 15 years, and it's still one of my favourite places to stop whenever I'm in Ballinasloe.
The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and provide excellent customer service. They have a fantastic selection of freshly baked goods, great coffee, and everything is always fresh and delicious.
My personal favourite is the lemon slice. Every time I'm in Ballinasloe, I make sure to call in for one. I've been going there for so long that the staff often know exactly what I'm ordering before I even get to the counter, which is a lovely personal touch and says a lot about the service they provide.
It's great to see a local business consistently maintaining such high standards over the years. I would highly recommend The Bread Basket to anyone looking for delicious bakery treats, quality coffee, and genuinely friendly service.

Stopped here on our way out of Galway and so happy we did. We wanted to support a local business and the food was so good. The potato cakes were recommended and so good! We also got lattes and sweet treats for take away. Definitely recommend!
